Order Processing Time: - We ship from Thiruvananthapuram/Pune/Chandigarh, India.
Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. We strive to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your domestic order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at +919464632207 with your name and order number, and we will assist you promptly.
For any assistance with your order or if you wish to expedite shipping, please contact us immediately at +919464632207. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Shipping Information
We ship both domestically and internationally.
- Domestic orders typically take 4-7 business days for delivery.
- International orders typically take up to 21 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and other external factors.
Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping:
- For orders below ₹399, an additional ₹70 shipping charge will apply.
- For orders above ₹1000, no additional shipping charges will apply.
- International Shipping:
- For orders weighing up to 0.5 kg, an additional charge of ₹2,500 will apply.
- For orders weighing up to 5 kg, an additional charge of ₹3,500 will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available for orders up to ₹1000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹80 will be added to all COD orders.
